The Red Envelope

This is another's country's remake of the Marry My Dead Body movie. This one appears to have had a bit lower budget then the original and leans more on the comedy than the original, although there was plenty of humor there too. I hesitate to say this was a remake, it's more like and adaptation in that they take away much of the more emotion-driven scenes and add in some elements that weren't in the original. Was it good?, yes...I did actually enjoy it and thought it was good for the most part; but it lacked a lot of the emotional impact that the first one had. Still worth watching though.
