
Maria Gomes de Oliveira (Santo AntĆ“nio da Glória, January 17, 1910 ā Porto da Folha, July 28, 1938), known as Maria de DĆ©a or Maria Bonita (meaning "Beautiful Maria"), was a Brazilian bandit. She was the companion of Virgulino Ferreira da Silva, known as LampiĆ£o, and the first woman to participate in a group of bandits.
