Lucio Pascual Gascón, widely known as "Tchê," was a Spanish-born engineer and mechanic who significantly influenced Brazilian motorsports. Emigrating to Brazil in the 1960s, he brought with him expertise in mechanics and a passion for racing. Tchê became a pivotal figure in the karting scene, working with future Formula 1 talents such as Emerson Fittipaldi, Mauricio Gugelmin, Roberto Moreno, and notably, Ayrton Senna.
