"Reginahemmet", a poorly driven, private family owned hospital in a crisis. The family head, doctor Douglas Leijon, takes a time out, leaving the hospital in the care of his children, Erika and Erik. After a year he returns with a new wife, making her new CEO and introduces a brand new policy.
