Gangnam B Side could have been decent but the incessant need to push "the message" once again, rears its head. You have to wait until your'e about three fourths of your way through the first episode but then, there it is, in all its woke preachy, brittle, judgemental glory. Setting up a straw man argument, so it can have something to whinge and whine about. For me, this really ruined what had been shaping up to be a decent crime thriller, with a gritty city underbelly, vibe. In summary, if you can tolerate the predictable woke messaging there's some good crime thriller bones to this series. For myself, the need to inject messaging into entertainment is increasingly, an instant turn off. A pass from me.
