In the flesh, Napoleon is pursued by Kamen Rider Dark Ghost. Napoleon attempts to engage Dark Ghost with his sword only to be quickly defeated, reducing him to the form of a Ghost Eyecon which is claimed by the enigmatic Kamen Rider. At the Daitenku Temple, Sennin, standing guard by the Monolith, worryingly voices that the plan he has set into motion has gotten out of hand and that a grave situation has arised. Argos returns to his lair where, as his trio of Dark Necrom minions watch with enthusiasm, he adds the Napoleon Eyecon to his collection as he vows to gather every Eyecon. Realizing that Argos wants possession of all of the Ghost Eyecons, Sennin ponders as to why before considering that he may intend to create one particular Ghost Eyecon. This prospect greatly unsettles Sennin, who voices that the results could be disastrous.

Sennin recalls granting a Ghost Driver to Argos, sending him on a mission while entrusting Daigo Fukami to guide him. At the Daitenku Temple in the present day, Sennin states that his plan has fallen apart and it may be all for nothing as Daigo used the Zero Specter Ghost Eyecon. However, Sennin notes that he still has the "other Ghost", Dark Ghost, and there is still a chance that his wish will come true as he planned.

Residing in his world of historical figures, Argos sends his three Dark Necrom minions to gather the remaining heroic Ghost Eyecons both there and in the "other world" to complete his quota of 100. Meanwhile, at the Daitenku Temple, Sennin notes that Argos is after our world and wonders if Takeru can defeat this other Ghost, realizing that, if he loses, the whole world will be destroyed never mind his hopes of coming back to life. Proclaiming that Takeru Tenkuji will make his dream a reality, Argos commences proceedings.

While Takeru is asleep in the Daitenku Temple, he has a dream of himself being flung into a giant Eyecon-like world. He later finds himself in a white void and chances upon his original body back when he was killed. Suddenly, the body awakens with an evil grin on his face, scaring Takeru and waking him up. Meanwhile, in the Eyecon-like world, Dark Ghost sends the three Dark Necroms to Earth.
