On the way to the Wily Laboratory, Lan and his friends are attacked by Zoano CutMan, but a mysterious NetNavi EraseMan appears to delete CutMan himself. EraseMan is operated by the enigmatic boy named Dark Scythe who seems to have a connection to the Beyondard alternate of Maysa.
